Allotment Competition 18/7/15

The Melbourne Park Allotment competition was judged by Heather Bourdon, chairperson of the Waterhouse Lane site on Saturday 18th July. We run the competition every year and leave it absolutely to the judges discretion in terms of what they are looking for and how they determine the outcome. We are pleased to announce that this years winner of best plot is Arthur Bird, plot 32L, -(pictured above)- with Karen O Mera (124L) second, and Albert Pepper (12L&25L) third. The award for the best newcomer was Chris Perrin, plot 31L, pictured below.
