Community Orchard

A few weeks ago, before no mow May encased the area, a group of volunteers from the Allotments helped to tidy up the community orchard. The areas at the base of the trees were cleared of grass and weeds, the area mulched to keep the weed growth at bay as far as possible in order we can maintain a healthy dwarf stock of fruit trees.
