After the hugely depressing weather of January and February where it seemed to rain everyday, almost continuously we we welcome Spring. The equinox officially on the 20th March, followed by Daytime saving on 29th marks the start of longer days with hopefully decent growing conditions.
Over recent weeks there has been a flurry of activity on site. Tony's Trading Emporium, otherwise known as the trading hut has taken a delivery of compost, fertilisers and other articles to make sure we are well prepared for all your needs. A huge thank you to Pat Tilley and Joan Kama who helped offload the delivery.

A big thank you also to Foggy Hau who strimmed all round the trading hut and gave it a general tidy up, and additionally the community orchard has had a stream, tidying it's general appearance.
Work is in progress at the base of the site to repair and provide a more stable manure bin, for which we need to thank Chris Perrin for all the effort in delivering this project for the site.
